Mutual Funds
A simple, regulated way to invest in a diversified portfolio, through SIP or lump sum.

What is a mutual fund?
A mutual fund collects money from many investors and invests it in a diversified portfolio of securities such as equities, bonds, government securities and money-market instruments, as per the scheme’s investment objective.
The fund is managed by an Asset Management Company (AMC). Investors receive units that represent their share of the fund, and the value of each unit is called the Net Asset Value (NAV).
In India, mutual funds are regulated by SEBI, while AMFI promotes industry standards and investor awareness.

Why investors choose mutual funds
- Diversification across many securities
- Professional management by the AMC
- Liquidity in open-ended schemes
- Transparency with daily NAV and regular disclosures
- Regulated by SEBI
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
